EzraTree Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
- First‑Time Pro Purchases: Full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Upgrades: Refunds within 30 days of upgrade; we revert to your prior plan and refund the difference.
- Renewals & Downgrades: Generally non‑refundable, except where required by law.
2. How to Request a Refund

- Order date and amount
- Plan (Pro) and whether it was a first purchase or upgrade
- Reason for refund (optional)
Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method.
3. Billing Cycles & Cancellations
- Auto‑Renewal: Pro subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
- Effective Cancellation: Your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period; future charges stop.
- Prorations: We do not prorate partial periods unless required by law.
4. Abuse & Exceptions
We may deny refunds if we detect repeated or abusive refund requests. If required by law, we will follow applicable refund requirements.
5. Changes to Refund Policy
We may update this policy; changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date.
